Application of surcharges

used on a single call. Cards are not returnable or exchangeable and have
no cash redemption value. Rates, fees and charges are effective as of
June 1, 2007 and are subject to change without notice. Please call customer
service for current, rates, fees and charges. Minutes announced are based
on using the entire card on a single call. Card expires 3 months after
first use. Call time is deducted in 1 plus 3 minute increments. When using
a toll free number from a pay phone a $0.90 per call surcharge will apply.

Llamadas hechas a los teléfonos móvil pueden ser facturadas

cargo seminal de $0.69 se aplicaran. El uso de sobrecargos y de honorarios

- At the prompt, enter your PIN
number.
- Press 1+area code+phone number.
- For International
Calls:
- After the tone, press 011+country code+city code+number.
- To make another call, do not hang up; press the star key (*) twice,
then enter pin #.
PINless Setup & Dialing Instructions
- Dial the toll-free number.
- At the prompt, enter your PIN number.
- After entering your PIN number press #15## to instantly register your PIN.
It will automatically be saved so that you do not need to re-enter it next
time.
- For Domestic Calls, enter 1+area code+phone number. For International Calls,
enter 011+country code+city code+number.
- To make another call, do not hang up; press the star key (*) twice, then
repeat step 3.
- Note : To de-register your PIN from PINless Dialing, dial the access
number. After entering your PIN press #16##.
